Silverback Beerdough Pizza is a family owned business operating from The Rock Tavern at Wilden. We are passionate about beer and great food, so combined the two into our secret recipe ‘Beerdough Pizza’. Our beerdough is made with real ale and slow fermented over 72 hours to give it a greater depth of flavour. Our Burgers are home made with locally sourced fresh beef and handmade every day with a great choice of toppings to choose from.
